Sadly, thousands of people lose their lives per year in Florida traffic accidents. In one recent year, over 4,000 people were killed in annual auto accidents in the Sunshine State.
Information provided by the NHTSA shows that almost 100% of reported traffic collisions in the United States result from negligent driving. Drivers who engage in dangerous behavior like speeding, intoxication, distraction, and fatigue cause millions of annual auto accidents. On average, over 3 million people are hurt in car crashes per year in the US. Approximately 40,000 end up losing their lives, over 70% of whom are killed by negligent driving.
