Florida Car Accidents
Every year in the United States, millions of car crashes are reported, with around 6 million vehicle accidents happening annually across the country. These accidents result in approximately 3 million people being injured, and over 35,000 losing their lives each year. Florida, in particular, experiences hundreds of thousands of car accidents annually, with over 100,000 people being injured and more than 3,000 fatalities occurring on its roads.
When you or a loved one has been seriously injured in a car accident, it’s critical to understand how the crash happened, especially if you believe someone else was at fault. Negligent drivers cause millions of crashes each year in the U.S., and distracted driving, largely driven by the widespread use of smartphones, is now the leading cause of these accidents.
If it’s determined that another party was at fault for your accident, or even if you share partial responsibility, you could be eligible to receive financial compensation. This compensation could help you cover costs such as medical bills, vehicle repairs, lost wages, and other accident-related expenses. Filing a personal injury claim with the assistance of a lawyer can help you obtain the full compensation you need.
A personal injury attorney in Hialeah can help by negotiating with insurance companies to reach a fair settlement. During this difficult time, having the support of an auto accident attorney can make a significant difference.
