
Pasco Co., FL (April 14, 2025) – A Tampa woman lost her life in a traffic accident in Pasco County on Sunday morning, April 13. At approximately 1:50 a.m., the crash took place on Interstate 75 near State Route 52 when the driver of the vehicle she was riding in lost control.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, a Toyota Camry operated by a 30-year-old man was headed south on the interstate when it passed another vehicle before taking evasive action to avoid a crash. The driver then lost control of the vehicle, causing it to rotate to the shoulder of the road before striking a tree. The 28-year-old female passenger lost her life at the scene. Police in Pasco County continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash.
