Florida Auto Accidents
Florida’s beautiful weather and vibrant motorcycle culture make it a popular destination for riders year-round. Unfortunately, this also leads to a high number of motorcycle accidents. In 2022, Florida had over 10,000 motorcycle crashes, resulting in nearly 600 fatalities. That year, Florida topped the nation with the highest rate of motorcycle-related deaths.
Motorcycle accidents can be caused by a variety of factors, including speeding, intoxication, fatigue, and distracted driving—such as texting behind the wheel. Negligent driving is responsible for over 94% of all traffic accidents in the U.S. and is a leading cause of both serious injuries and fatalities.
