Escambia Co., FL (March 6, 2025) – A pedestrian lost his life in a traffic accident in Escambia County on Wednesday night, March 5. The wreck occurred at approximately 9:00 p.m. on Highway 98 near Skyhawk Drive near HCA Florida Perdido Bay Emergency. Police report the 42-year-old man, A resident of Flomaton, was struck by a vehicle for reasons still being investigated. After the initial collision, the victim was then struck by a tractor-trailer.
