Alva, FL (February 24, 2025) – One person lost their life after a two-car accident in Alva on Monday, February 24. At approximately 7:15 a.m., the wreck was reported to authorities who promptly responded to the scene.
It happened near Hickeys Creekside on Palm Beach Boulevard. A man from Hendry, 31, was headed south on Palm Beach Boulevard while a 55-year-old man from Glades was headed east. The two vehicles collided under circumstances still being investigated by area authorities. Information from police shows the Hendry man lost his life at the scene. Police in Alva continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident.
