Florida Traffic Collisions
Car accidents can happen at any moment for any reason. In Florida, over 45 car wrecks happen per hour, making it one of the most dangerous states in the nation when it comes to driving. Across the country, over 6 million auto accidents happen per year, injuring more than 3 million people. As a result, traffic collisions have become one of the leading causes of serious injuries and fatalities in the country.
Those who sustain injuries in car crashes usually have their lives turned upside down. Some common damages that result from traffic accidents include outstanding medical bills, vehicle repair costs, lost wages, pain, suffering, and emotional turmoil. The costs brought about by serious auto accidents can quickly become overwhelming. Without legal representation, you may find yourself extremely stressed and overwhelmed when trying to recover from an injury accident.
Negligent drivers engage in many dangerous behaviors, such as intoxication, distraction, fatigue, and speeding. Almost every single crash reported in the United States happens due to the actions of a negligent driver. Approximately 90-99% of American vehicle crashes are the result of careless driving.
If you or someone you love has recently been hurt in a car accident, you may be entitled to financial compensation that can help you recover. Over 90% of reported traffic collisions in the US are caused by driver negligence. If you believe that your wreck was caused by a negligent driver, you should consider contacting a personal injury attorney. A lawyer can help you collect full and fair financial compensation for the losses and damages that result from a serious accident.
The only thing worse than being hurt in a crash is losing a loved one. If someone you love has lost their life in a traffic accident, a wrongful death lawyer can help you collect compensation for funeral costs and more.
