Tallahassee, FL (October 14, 2024) – Information provided by the Florida Highway Patrol shows that a teenager lost their life after a pedestrian collision in Tallahassee.
Reports show the incident occurred on Miccosukee Road near Edenfield Road on Sunday, October 13. A vehicle had swerved to avoid a crash when it struck the 14-year-old pedestrian who was walking along the road headed east. The teen was taken to TMH where he later died from his injuries. The driver remained on-site and cooperated with the investigation. Police are still working to determine the cause of the accident.
