St Johns Co., FL (March 19, 2025) – A 21-year-old man from Orange Park is dead, and another man suffered serious injuries after a collision in St Johns County. Police say the incident occurred on County Road 16A when a sedan collided with a concrete power pole on Saturday morning, March 15. The vehicle traveled along an embankment just before the passenger side collided with the pole. Paramedics pronounced the passenger deceased at the scene. A 20-year-old Jacksonville man was transported to the hospital with serious injuries, the Florida Highway Patrol said. Police in St Johns County continue to investigate the circumstances of the collision.
