Florida Car Accidents
Every 84 seconds, a traffic accident occurs in Florida—adding up to more than 1,000 crashes each day and roughly 400,000 each year. With its high rate of traffic-related injuries and fatalities, Florida remains one of the most dangerous states for motorists. On a national scale, crashes involving tractor-trailers are just as concerning. Each year, more than 150,000 semi-truck collisions are reported in the U.S., resulting in over 5,600 fatalities. Many of these incidents stem from preventable driver errors such as speeding, distracted driving, fatigue, and impairment.
