Orlando, FL (February 12, 2025) – A traffic accident in Orlando ended in injuries on Wednesday in Lake Nona, according to information provided by police. Officers responded to the scene at approximately 11:00 a.m. in the northbound lanes of Narcoossee Road between Savannah Park Drive and Nonacrest Drive. Officials reported that three people were hurt in the crash and transported to the Orlando Regional Medical Center for treatment. One person suffered severe burns and had to be extricated from their vehicle, and AirCare transported another, police said. Two individuals were treated for non-life-threatening injuries, while a third remains in critical condition. Both vehicles involved in the crash caught fire, and all northbound and southbound lanes of the road were shut down while fire crews and other responders worked at the scene. Drivers were encouraged to avoid the area while responders worked at the scene. Police in Orlando continue to investigate.
