Florida Pedestrian Accidents
Pedestrian accidents in Florida, sadly, happen all too often. Due to the high population in the Sunshine State and the high tourism rate, there are always people walking and riding bikes on our roadways. Pedestrians are some of the most vulnerable travelers present on the road at any given time. This is obviously because they are virtually unprotected when it comes to being involved in traffic accidents.
Pedestrians often suffer severe and even fatal injuries when they are hit by vehicles. This is why so many laws are in place to try and maintain their safety at all times. However, despite the many rules and regulations surrounding pedestrian travel in Florida, they continue to be injured and even killed at an alarming rate every year.
