Miami, FL (November 1, 2024) – A major vehicle accident occurred in Miami on Saturday morning, November 1. Shortly before 7:00 a.m., the wreck was reported to first responders, who were quickly sent to the scene. Reports from authorities show the incident occurred on Northwest 27th Avenue near Northwest 28th Street. A scooterist was struck by a vehicle and injured, sources said.
Police shut down southbound traffic on the 27th Avenue bridge after the wreck. Paramedics promptly transported the injured victim to a nearby hospital, where they received treatment for serious injuries. Police in Miami continue to investigate the details of the accident.
