Florida Car Accidents
Car crashes are a frequent and unfortunate occurrence in Florida. Whether it’s a rear-end, sideswipe, or head-on collision, these accidents often result in severe, life-altering injuries for those involved. Each year, Florida experiences hundreds of thousands of traffic accidents, which leave hundreds of thousands of individuals injured and tragically take the lives of thousands more.
Across the nation, there are over 6 million auto collisions annually. Approximately 3 million people are injured in these accidents, while more than 40,000 lives are lost. A staggering 90% of these collisions are caused by the negligent actions of drivers, including distracted driving, driving under the influence, speeding, and fatigue.
If you or a loved one has been injured in a traffic accident, you may be entitled to financial compensation by filing a personal injury claim. A reckless driver’s actions can change your life in an instant, leaving you with injuries that cause physical, emotional, and financial distress. Severe injuries can result in missed work, mounting medical bills, and even the inability to care for yourself or your family.
Contacting a Miami personal injury lawyer is one of the most important steps you can take to recover compensation for these losses.
