
Lehigh Acres, FL (October 6, 2024) – Four people lost their lives in a collision in Lehigh Acres on Sunday morning, October 6.
At approximately 11:41 a.m., emergency responders were dispatched to the crash scene on Lee Street. Reports show there were three vehicles involved in the wreck that occurred when one of them missed a right curve and drove over the median into the opposite lanes of travel, near Lee Boulevard. That driver and three passengers inside their vehicle collided head-on with another car. All four individuals were pronounced deceased on-site. Four more people sustained injuries and were transported to area hospitals for treatment. Police in Lehigh Acres continue to investigate the circumstances of the wreck.
