
Indiantown, FL (February 19, 2025) – One woman lost her life and over a dozen more were hurt in a fiery collision that happened in Indiantown, Martin County over the weekend. The fatal accident occurred on Saturday, February 15, between 10 and 11:00 p.m. approximately four miles north of Indiantown.
Responders were dispatched to the scene on State Road 710 where they found a truck engulfed in flames. All four occupants of the truck, however, sustained no injuries. The truck was involved in a collision with a van occupied by fifteen people, eleven of whom were transported to the hospital. A woman in her 60s was among the injured. Sadly, she lost her life in the accident.
Several emergency responders were seen working at the crash site, including seven rescue units, two helicopters, three fire engines, and an operations team. Crews worked to extricate people trapped inside their vehicles and help those with injuries. Police in Indiantown continue to investigate the details of the accident.
