Florida Pedestrian Accidents
Pedestrian accidents are some of the most devastating and dangerous types of traffic accidents. On average, over 8,000 pedestrians lose their lives per year in the United States. Over half of the collisions that take their lives are caused by the negligent actions of drivers.
Driver negligence has become one of the most common reasons American traffic accidents happen. Over 94% of reported auto collisions are caused by the actions of negligent drivers. Those who sustain injuries in these types of crashes are often stuck in the hospital for prolonged periods where they must undergo medical care that is invasive and expensive.
When you or someone you love has been hurt in a pedestrian crash that you believe may have been caused by a negligent driver, you may be eligible for financial compensation that can help you pay for the losses and damages that resulted from your wreck. You may be facing costly damages like medical bills, lost wages, vehicle repairs, and more that can cost you a fortune. You should not have to pay for any of the expenses that stem from your accident, especially if it was someone else’s fault.
