Florida Traffic Collisions
Vehicle travel is one of the most common ways people get around in the United States, and motor vehicles have come a long way since they first appeared in 1886. Over the past 130 years, cars have continuously improved, especially when it comes to safety features designed to keep drivers and passengers safe. However, even with all the advancements, it’s impossible to guarantee complete safety on the road.
In Florida, distracted driving is the leading cause of car accidents, and across the country, most accidents are caused by driver negligence. When a careless driver injures another person, the victim may have the right to pursue a personal injury claim for financial compensation. If you or someone you know has been in a car accident in Florida, it’s crucial to seek help immediately. Delaying or avoiding action can put your case and recovery at risk.
